iet bhaddal awesome technical institute

ROPAR is the main educational center ofPUNJAB. Numerous students from every corner of India and the world come to Punjab. It is quite safe and peaceful city as compared to other educational centers in India. The climate is pleasant and good for health. The city of Ropar houses many well-known, established institutes and colleges. PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY is one of the finest and most popular educational centers in the city. It offers excellent programs in various areas including Science, Languages and Management Studies.
This project was with the implementation of the vision of Founder Late Er. Gurcharan Singh, under the Kandi Friends Educational Trust, Mohali, that IET (Institute of Engineering and Technology) took shape in 1997.
While the first batch of students joined at a temporary location in Mohali, the institute later moved to its own campus -- a sprawling 60 acres of lush green, pollution-free environment, set in rural settings, away from the built-up urban clutter, at village Bhaddal in Roopnagar (Ropar) district, at the turn of the millennium. The location is well-connected by the Roopnagar-Chandigarh road (National Highway 21).
Over the years, IET has come up as one of the prestigious institutions of the region, with approval from AICTE, New Delhi, and the Government of Punjab. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Adding value to students' qualification is an MoU signed by IET, Bhaddal, with a renowned American institution -- Wayne State University. Detroit, Michigan.
