A walk in interview will be held on 28/9/2012 for selection to the temporary posts of Project Fellow/ Research Assistant /Teaching Assistant at the College of Forestry, Kerala Agricultural University, Vellanikkara 680656, as per the details given below;



Name of the post : Project fellow

No. of Post : One in the KSCSTE Project in the Department of Wood Science.

Essential qualification : B.Sc Forestry/ B.Sc Agriculture/M.Sc Botany.

Salary : Rs.10,000/per month



Name of the post : Research Assistant

No. of Post : One in the KFD Project in the Dept. of Wood Science.

Essential qualification :

B.Sc Forestry/ B.Sc Botany with minimum of 60% marks.

Salary : Rs.5000/per month



Name of the post : Teaching Assistant

No. of Post : 05

Dept. of wood science - 1

Tree physiology & Breeding - 1

Forest Mgt.& Utilization - 2

Wildlife Science -1

Essential qualification :

1.Four year B.Sc (Forestry Degree from KAU or any other Uty recognized by KAU.

2. Master of Forestry or equivalent with OGPA,3/4 under trimester system, 8/10 under semester system or 55% marks under traditional system.

Salary : Rs.525/- per day/Rs.12,000/- maximum per month
