How to apply for AP CEEP 2013 :
State Board of Technical Education & Training, AP, Hyderabad has made arrangements to file online applications at various AP online/Helpline centres/ e-seva Centres/through payment gate way. The detailed list of these centres is available at http://sbtetap.gov.in website. In order to file application through these centres a filing fee of Rs.330/- (Rupees Three hundred and thirty only) (Excluding Application Cost) has to be paid to the operator by the candidate.
The detailed procedure of filling up of the application form is available in the instructions booklet supplied along with the Application Form. Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully before filling-up the Application duly filled in the application form is to be given to the Operator for filing Online.

AP EAMCET 2013 Eligibility Criteria Online

The exam notifications for EAMCET 2013 have been released by APSCHE and the forms will be released on 15th February, 2013. The following information is based on last year's admission brochure and will be updated as soon as new brochure is out.
The EAMCET 2013 Eligibility Criteria has the following conditions which should be fulfilled by every candidate taking EAMCET 2013:

AP EAMCET 2013 Apply online, AP EAMCET application 2013

i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology as optionals or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology,  conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled during 2000-2002 and subsequent batches, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern)with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optionals along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the Bio-Technology course. 

(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 

(iii) In the case of Engineering and Pharmacy courses, candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit. 

(iv) In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year Admissions. 

d) For B.Sc. (Ag.)  / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. and for remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA & BM) 

Courses: 
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with any two /three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below:

Note: 
(1) Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear  for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in EAMCET. 

(2) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years  for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of  scheduled caste and scheduled tribe  candidates as on 31st  December of  the year of  Admissions. 

e) For MBBS / BDS Courses (as per GO Ms.No. 195 dated 07-07-2011):

(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe & Backward Classes, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology. 
(ii) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. 

f) For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses: 
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as optional which shall include a practical test in each subject. 

(ii) 
a) Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. 

b) There is no maximum age limit for admission into BAMS/BHMS 

c) For admission into BNYS course, candidate should not have completed 22 years of age as on 31st  December of the year of admission. For SC and ST candidates the maximum age limit shall be extended by 3 years. 

g) For B.Pharmacy Course: (Remaining 50 % of the seats):
(i) Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto. 

(ii) Candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination. 

(iii) Candidates should have completed 16 years of Age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit. 

h) For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates): 
(i)  Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and  Mathematics or Biology optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and  Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training. 

(ii)  Candidate should obtain at least 45 % marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination. 

(iii)  Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course. 

3.  Proof of satisfying the marks criteria in respect of candidates who appeared for the Qualifying examination during the year should be furnished within 7 days after publication of the examination results by the concerned examination Board. 

4.  Criteria for Ranking:  The candidates who have secured qualifying marks in EAMCET and candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the marks secured in EAMCET and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant  group subjects namely Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination.

5. Submission of the Online Application form for Engineering (E) and Agriculture & Medicine (AM) streams: 
5.1 Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Bio-Tech. / Biology as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit “E” stream online application for Engineering B.E./ B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.) / B.Tech.(Dairy Technology) / B.Tech.(FST) / B.Sc.(CA & BM) (MPC) / B.Pharm. (MPC) / Pharm-D (MPC) courses.  

5.2 Candidates with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects in their Intermediate or its equivalent course should submit “AM” stream online application for B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA&BM) / MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / B.Pharm. / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) / Pharm-D (Bi.P.C) courses. For B.Tech. (BioTechnology) (Bi.P.C), candidates shall pass / appear for Bridge Course exam in Mathematics conducted by B.I.E, A.P. as per G.O. 17 dt. 2-2-08.

8.  How to submit Application Form:  EAMCET – 2013 application should be submitted through ONLINE mode only.  

9.  Date of Entrance Test       : 10-05-2013 (FRIDAY) 

10.  Entrance Test Date & Timings of EAMCET 2013: 
For Engineering Stream (E)        : 10-05-2013 from 10.00 AM to 1.00PM                                          
For Agriculture & Medical Stream (AM)       : 10-05-2013 from 02.30 PM to 5.30PM 
       
11.  Submission of Online Application form of EAMCET 2013:

7. Criteria for Admissions of EAMCET 2013 :
i. As per G.O. Ms. No. 181 dated 21-05-2008 of Health Medical and Family Welfare (E1) Department for admission into MBBS / BDS courses on the basis of Competitive entrance examination, a candidate for admission to those courses must have obtained not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and EAMCET examination,. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC must have obtained not less than 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together both at qualifying and EAMCET examination. 

ii. As per the Gazette of India : Extraordinary under Part-III Rule No. 7(2) for admission into B.V.Sc. & AH Courses on the basis of competitive entrance examination, a candidate under General Category for admission to this course must have obtained 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belongs to the Scheduled Caste / the Scheduled Tribe or other special category of student as specified by the Government from time to time, marks required for admission shall be 10% less than that prescribed for general category.  

iii. As per G.O. Ms. No. 74 & 75 dated 28-07-2011, the candidate shall fulfill eligibility criteria for Admission into Engineering, Pharmacy and Pharm-D courses.  

iv. However, in all the cases, candidate shall fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down in the relevant G.Os /Amendments/Notifications to be issued at the time of Admissions.

(ii) Academic qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy [Candidate shall have studied in an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and shall have passed the diploma examination conducted by the State Board of D Pharm Examinations or equivalent and must have a minimum of 50% marks for the second year D Pharm examination]. (For SEBC/OEC candidates, 45% marks and for SC/ST Candidates a pass  in the  second year D Pharm examination  will be sufficient.) 

(iii) Age: There is no upper age limit for admission to the course. 

Selection on the basis of  Entrance Examination:  
Selection of candidates  for Bpharm (Lateral entry) course 2012 will be made on the basis of an Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, [CEE] at hiruvananthapuram on  11.11.2012 (Sunday).  It  will  consists  of  one Paper, of two hours duration and will have 100 Objective Type (Multiple Choice) Questions. Candidates except those belonging to SC/ST categories have to score a minimum of 10% marks in the Entrance examination, to qualify and to figure in the rank list.

Application forms:  
Prospectus and Application form will be available from 09.10.2012,  here. There will be separate application forms for general candidates and SC/ST candidates. Candidates seeking admission to this course can apply in the prescribed format, after downloading the application form, provided here of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations  and then remit the required fees at any State Bank of Travancore Branch using the Bank Chalan available with the print out .Candidates residing outside Kerala State can remit the application fee by  way  of  Demand  Draft  drawn  in  favour  of  the  Commissioner for Entrance Examinations,  payable at Thiruvananthapuram.  Application fee is Rs.300/-  for General candidates and Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates. Application forms will not be sold from the office of the CEE or office of the DME. Application fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Eligibility :- Must be citizen of Kerala and Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks.

AP Ed.CET-2012 Web Counselling shedule for Selected Candidates/Certificate Verification

The qualified candidates of Ed.CET-2012 Examination are informed to attend the certificate verification for exercising web options for admission into B.Ed.

Course for the academic year 2012-13 on the dates mentioned against their state wide rank and methodology in any of the helpline centers with all original certificates viz.,
(1) Hall Ticket, Rank card
(2) Degree Provisional Certificates and Memorandum of Marks along with Pass Certificate of Intermediate or its equivalent
(3) SSC
(4) Study Certificates from 9th class to Graduation (5) Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Degree in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education,
(6) Integrated Community certificate
(7) Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates
(8) T C
(9) Income certificate and
(10) Minority Certificate.

All candidates have to pay processing fee at the time of certificate verification. The processing fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs.200/- and Rs.400/- for others (non-refundable).

1) The attended candidates need to deposit their certificates with helpline centers.
2) Mere attending does not guarantee a seat.
3) The details of the seats available in various colleges and methodologies will be available on website http://edcet.apsche.ac.in from one day before actual day of counseling.
4) The tuition fee for Government/University/Aided Private colleges varies from Rs.2700/- to Rs.13500/- and for private unaided colleges is Rs.13500/- and special fee of Rs.3000/-. Fee shall be paid after final allotment at the respective colleges.
5) As per the Govt. Memo No. 6905-C/SW.Edn-2/2010-3, dated 12.08.2011 of social welfare Department, “The Students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/DW/MW categories will be considered for Reimbursement of tuition fee (RTF) subject to Verification and Eligibility as per the orders of the Government (Whose parental income is up to 1 lakh per annum).
6) Candidates are informed that at Hyderabad, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on Website and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned.
7) Special Category Candidates can exercise options along with regular candidates.

Read and understand the contents of this page carefully before going to options selection page. After understanding the contents in this page,Click on I Understood button to get into the option page.

The options selection page contains two tables

Colleges, courses and Coursetype on the lefthand side of the page.
Selected options in the order of priority on the righthand side.
Enter Hall Ticket Number, Rank and Scratchcard Serial Number on the top.
SCRATCH CARD

If everything you entered is correct, List of available colleges, courses, course type combinations are shown in the lefthand side table. You can filter the list in two ways by
District.
Starting letter of the college code(short code of 4 letters).
To select the option : click on the college and course on the lefthand side table and click ADD button. An alert box will pop up asking confirmation to add the option. The selected college will be added to options table on the right hand side as last option.
To delete the option : Select an option and click "Delete" Button. The selected option will be deleted and the options will be renumbered automatically.
To change the priority : Select the option whose priority you want to change, drag and drop at the required place. The options will be renumbered automatically. (OR) Select the option and press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons present in between the tables to move up/down one level.
To Save the options : Click the SAVE button in order to save the options in the server. After clicking, the SAVE button, a window prompts for PASSWORD. If the password is correct, then you will land onto a new page where all your options along with priority will be displayed. You can take a print of these saved options by clicking the "Print Saved Options" button.
To Freeze the Saved Options : You can freeze the options only after you SAVE them. You can freeze the options only once . After FREEZING the options, you cannot alter further.
Print Order of Preference of Options: You can print order of preference of options once you SAVE/FREEZE the options. You can also take a printout of the options from Web counselling Details Menu and also from Home Page.

APEdcet  web counselling 2012 certificate verification starts from 14-09-2012  and web options entry from 15th,Edcet 2012 certificate verification is conducted in any of the helpline centers, the students are attend for this verification process with all original certificates like,
(1) Hall Ticket, Rank card 
(2) Degree Provisional Certificates and Memorandum of Marks along with Pass Certificate of Intermediate or its equivalent.
(3) SSC certificate
(4) Study Certificates from 9th class to Graduation 
(5) Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Degree in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education, 
(6) Integrated Community certificate 
(7) Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates

Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in one location, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on website: http://apeamcet.nic.in and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned.Note:
