Government of Madhya Pradesh has taken a decision to help the students who are financially and economically weak by introducing MP Board Scholarship 2015. The motive behind providing this scholarship scheme is to encourage the students for getting higher education and to achieve success in future. 
To apply, online application form for the MP Board Scholarship has been made available for the students. Please check the elaborated details given below. 

MP Board Scholarship Form 2015 
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to access the authorized portal for downloading the MP Board Scholarship Form. 
Students are required to fill up the scholarship form as per their educational certificates. 

Necessary documents that should be enclosed along with the MP Board Scholarship form are as follows. 
1.Higher Secondary Mark sheet. 
2.For the date of birth verification mark sheet of class 10th 
3.Students belonging to the reserve/handicapped category needs to submit the attested certificates. 
Scholarship forms received without the Xerox copies of these documents will not be entertained. 

MP Board Scholarship Eligibility Conditions

What does it cover?
Scholarship Scheme (Trust Fund):-

Maintenance allowance will be paid to the students for 10 months @ Rs. 2500/ per month for Professional Graduate Courses and Rs.3000/- per month for Professional Post Graduate Courses in one academic year.
-Books/Stationery allowance will be paid to students pursuing Professional Graduate Courses @ Rs.6,000/ per annum and Rs.10,000/- per annum for pursuing Professional Post-Graduate Courses.
-Differently-abled students in addition will be provided financial assistance for purchase of aids & appliances (only once during life time).
-Monthly income of the beneficiary /parent or guardian should not be more than Rs.25,000/- (Rs. 3.00 Lakh p.a.) from all sources. Family income includes income of parent/guardian.
-A Scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other scholarship/ stipend for pursuing the course.
Scholarship Scheme (National Fund):-
-Scholarship of Rs.1000/-p.m. for hostelers and Rs.700/-p.m. for day scholars studying in professional courses at graduation and above level, and Rs.700/-p.m. for hostelers and Rs.400/-p.m. for day scholars pursuing Diploma/Certificate level professional courses. Course fee reimbursed up to ceiling of Rs.10,000/-per year.
-Financial assistance can be given for computer with editing software for blind/deaf graduate and post graduate students pursuing professional courses and for support access software for cerebral palsy students.
-Monthly income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian should not be more than Rs.15,000/ – (Rs. 1.80 Lakh p.a.) from all sources. Family income includes income of parent/guardian.
-Scholarship holder under this scheme will not concurrently hold any other scholarship/stipend.

 Educational Qualifications for Moma scholarship 2014  : Students who  are going to apply have marks 50 % or above in the previous final examination. Annual Income: The annual income, from all sources, of the student’s parents or guardian should not be more than Rs. 2 lakh. Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Is awarding MSBTE Scholarships to the needy students of various AICTE approved Diploma courses conducted by MSBTE affiliated Polytechnics in Maharashtra State for the year 2012-13




Important Dates for MSBTE Scholarship 2013?

The last date for receiving online applications and confirmation through Institute is 3lSt December 2012. No applications after 31'' December 2012 shall be entertained in any case

ELIGIBILITY criteria to apply FOR MSBTE SCHOLARSHIP?




1. The applicant should be a fresh student admitted for the first time to the First Year ISem of any AICTE approved Diploma course in Engineering and Technology from MSBTE affiliated Institute in Maharashtra during 2012-13.(For Fresh Candidates).


2. The applicant should have scored at least 70% marks at the entry qualification (SSC for all Engineering & Technology courses and HSC for Pharmacy course). The total percentage of marks scored at the qualifying examination shall be considered for lSt year admitted students.

3. The applicant should not be in receipt of any other Scholarship or Freeship during the academic year 2012-13 i.e. the academic year for which scholarship is awarded.

4. Income limit for becoming eligible for scholarship shall be maximum 5 Lakh per annum.

5. If the earning member is expired and the student is in need of the scholarship, he or she shall be considered eligible at any stage of his / her diploma education so that the student should not be dropped out for want of tuition fees.

6. The scholarship shall be continued for next year only on receipt of application from the awarded and has passed the examination in First Class (both semesters taken together).

7. The amount of Scholarship per year is Rs.7000/-(Rupees Seven thousand only).

The Total No. of Scholarships shall be calculated every year based on intake capacity of MSBTE affiliated courses for that particular year. Scholarship per course shall be in proportionate to 6 Number per 1000 for intake capacity. However, the No. of scholarship as per State Merit List shall be limited to 952 only for each year.


How to apply for MSBTE SCHOLARSHIP 2013PROCEDURE FOR MSBTE SCHOLARSHIP 2012-13

1. Eligible students shall fill information online, upload scanned documents whichever required as given below, confirm the application and submit to the Principal of their institute with an attested copy each of
i) Entry qualification (SSC for all and HSC-for Pharmacy only) mark-sheet and
ii) Income certificate of parents for the financial year 201 1-12.
iii) Statement of Marks of first year & second year diploma course (wherever applicable).

Conditions for Scholarship
To be eligible for applying for scholarship, students should have scored not less than 50% marks in the previous final examination.
The annual income of the student's parents'/guardians' from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs. Enclose attested copy of Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar or Original Income Affidavit on a Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.20/-
The students who have been sanctioned scholarship for 2011-12 are eligible to apply for renewal for 2012-13, on scoring 50% and above marks in the previous final year examination.
A xerox copy of the receipt for having paid the School/College fee should be enclosed along with the application.
Applicant who applies for both fresh & renewal of Scholarship should indicate their nationalized Saving Bank full account number along with the Bank’s IFSC code number & full Bank address in the online application so that the Scholarship amount can directly to be transferred to the students account through online transfer. A Xerox copy of the 1st page of the Bank Pass Book to be enclosed.
The student should register only once for online Scholarship. If there is any mistake while submitting online application it should be brought to the notice of the Directorate of Minorities. Corrections will be done at Directorate of Minorities office only.

Important Note:
Applicants with less than 50% marks in the previous year final exam are not eligible.
Applications received after last date will be considered (Except Renewal).
Incomplete information in the application & incomplete documents will not be considered.
If student is having any back logs in any semester he/she is not eligible.

Procedure to apply for Scholarship
The eligible students must log on to momascholarship.gov.in OSMS (Online Scholarship Management System for Post-Matric) in the Ministry websites i.e. minorityaffairs.gov.in & fill in the ONLINE APPLICATIONS.
In home page click on Post-Matric Scholarship.
Student should go to "Student Registration" to fill in the ONLINE APPLICATION.
Student should read the instruction/guidelines given in the "Student Registration" before filling online application.
After filling the online application, students are advised to read twice & confirm the details entered & then only finalize & submit the online application to next level. Once you submit the online application then you cannot edit further.
After submitting the online application to the next level, student will have to get print in option online, student should takeout print of the duly filled application forms & submit the same along with all the required documents duly certified by the principal of the concerned College/Institution & submit/post it to the Directorate of Minorities , 20 th Floor, V.V.Towers, Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore –560001, on or before the last date fixed for submission of online applications (Hard Copies).

Please ensure that you hard copy reaches the Directorate of Minorities in time.
You will not be considered for Scholarship if the Directorate of Minorities does not receive the hard copy of your duly filled in online application. It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to submit the hard copy to the Directorate of Minorities, Bangalore, either by post or in person.

User Instructions of E-Scholarship System
1. Login Screen : 
** This Screen is used for Login to the e-Scholarship Application by registered users. 
** The applicant can register him/her online by clicking on "New Registration" link given on the screen. 
** If the user forgets his/her password, then he can get a new password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link.

2. Student Registration Screen : 
** The fields are mandatory on this screen unless marked as (Opt). 
** The user cannot login to main application until he/she is registered through this screen.

3. Home Page of Student Screen : 
** The student can see the status of his/her application on this screen.
** He/She can "Edit" his/her profile at any time by "Edit Profile" link given on this screen. 
** Once the user creates his application, the “Modify Application/Print Application” Links will be enabled.
** The status of the application will be shown on this page 
** Student can also update the bank details using the link

4. Create Application :
** The above 2 screenshots show the complete Application Form which the applicant has to fill in order to avail the scholarship.
** In this form all the fields are mandatory except fields which are marked as (opt.).

5. Application Summary Screen

** After filling the application form, the user will be directed to the Application Summary Page.
** The user can see the summary of the Course/ Admission fee details for which he has applied for scholarship. On this screen, the user is required to enter the bank name, branch name and account number.
The user has to select the documents from the document list displayed on the summary screen, which he will be submitting along with the application form at his respective institution. 
** User can then print the application using the “Print Application” option on the home page. The print out will contain the annexure which needs to be filled manually and submitted to college for further processing.

6. Application Renewal Screen 
** Above screen will be visible after the logging in , for renewal process. 
** The user will need to edit his profile first, so that he can do the renewal.
** Above screen will be visible while editing the profile. 
** The user can edit the required fields and click on Edit Profile after completing it.
** Above message will be shown on successfully editing the profile.
** The above 2 screenshots show the complete Application Form which the applicant has to fill in order to renew the scholarship.

SCHEME OF ‘LIC GOLDEN JUBILEE SCHOLARSHIP’ FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE ECONOMICALLY WEAKER FAMILIES FOR PURSUING HIGHER STUDIES.

1. OBJECTIVE LIC GOLDEN JUBILEE SCHOLARSHIP

The objective of the scheme is to award scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker families so as to provide them better opportunities for higher education and thus enhance their employability.

2. SCOPE LIC GOLDEN JUBILEE SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship is to be awarded for studies in India in a government or private college/university. It will also cover technical and vocational courses in Industrial Training Institutes/ Industrial Training Centres affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) of classes at Graduation level.

3. ELIGIBILITY for LIC Scholarship

Students who have passed Class XII exam or its equivalent in the Academic Year 2011-12 and are interested to pursue higher education in the field of

i) Medicine, Engineering, Graduation in any discipline, Diploma Course in any field or other equivalent courses.

ii) Vocational Courses through Government recognized Colleges/Institutes or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI).

For i) above Candidates who have passed Class XII exam or equivalent in the Academic year 2011-12 with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade and annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed ` 1,00,000/- per annum.

For ii) above The basic educational qualification is relaxed to Class X or equivalent with at least 60% marks in the Academic year 2011-12 subject to income ceiling of parents/guardians.

4. DURATION

Scholarship shall be provided for the entire duration of the course subject to the candidate fulfilling the requisite eligibility conditions for renewal.
5. RATE OF SCHOLARSHIP

An amount of `10,000/- per annum will be awarded to the selected candidate which is payable in ten monthly installments of ` 1,000/- each. The Scholarship amount will be transferred to Bank Account of the selected scholar through NEFT. Therefore in case the candidate is selected for scholarship, the Bank Account details and IFSC code are compulsory.

CBSE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR SINGLE GIRL CHILDREN



Objective


The objective of CBSE merit scholarship scheme is to provide scholarships to the meritorious Single Girl Students, who are the only child of their parents; and have passed the CBSE Class X Examination with 60% / 6.2 CGPA or more marks/ grades and are continuing their further school education of Class XI and XII. The scheme is aimed to recognize the efforts of the parents in promoting education among girls and to provide encouragement to meritorious students.



As per the approval of the Competent Authority dated 23.07.2012, all children born together are Single Girl Child of their parents.



Allocation of scholarship


The number of scholarships for a particular year shall be variable and shall to awarded to all such "Single Girl Students" who have secured 60% / 6.2 CGPA or more marks / grades in the CBSE Class X Examination in that year.



Eligibility criteria


The scholarship shall be given on the basis of merit list as stated in Para 2 above, from the result of CBSE Class X Examination. The eligibility criteria shall be as under :



i) All Single Girl Students, who have secured 60% / 6.2 CGPA or more marks / grades in CBSE Class X Examination and are studying Class XI & XII in School (affiliated with CBSE) whose tuition fee is not more than Rs. 1,500/- p.m. during the academic year, shall be considered for the purpose. In the next two years, the total enhancement in tuition fee in such school shall not be more than 10% of the tuition fee charged in the year 2011 – 2012.

ii) The scholarship shall be awarded to Indian Nationals only.

iii) The student must continue her school studies in Class XI and XII in school as stated above in para 3(i).

iv) Candidates who have passed CBSE Class X Examination in 2012 will be considered.

v) A Scholar under the scheme while availing scholarship can enjoy other concession(s) given by the school in which she is studying other organization(s).



Rate of Scholarships and mode of payment


The rate of scholarship shall be Rupees Five Hundred (Rs. 500/-) per month. A Scholarship awarded under the scheme shall be paid for a maximum period of two years.

Payment will be made through demand drafts/ pay orders.



Documents to be sent with the APPLICATION


** An attested copy of Mark sheet of Class X 2012 issued by CBSE.

** An affidavit from the parent that the candidate is the only child of her parents on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- duly sworn in before First class Judicial Magistrate/SDM/Executive Magistrate should be submitted along with the application. Photocopy of affidavit will not be accepted.

** A cancelled cheque of the account to which the amount is to be credited.



Where to send Duly filled up Application Form


The duly filled in proforma be sent in an envelope superscribing “APPLICATION FOR MERIT SCHOLARSHIP FOR SGC X 2012 (F-1)” should be sent to the

“SECTION OFFICER (SCHOLARSHIP) CBSE,

SHIKSHA KENDRA, 2, COMMUNITY CENTRE,

PREET VIHAR, DELHI–110 092”.




Change of address must be intimated immediately.



Important :

d) A Scholarship once cancelled shall not be renewed under any circumstances.

e) The decision of the Board shall be final and binding in all such matters.

f) Any resultant dispute arising out of this scholarship scheme shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the court situated in Delhi/ New Delhi only.

The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious studentsbelonging to minority communities to enable them to pursue professional and technical courses.

These scholarships are available for studies in India only and will be awarded through an Agency designated by the State Government/UT Administration for this purpose.

Funding Pattern of the Scheme :

The Scheme will be implemented by the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations, which receive 100% central assistance from Government of India for the total expenditure under the scheme. 



Number of scholarship :

Every year 20000 scholarships will be distributed among the students of minority communities throughout the country. Based on the state-wise population of these communities, the distribution of scholarship will be as under :

Conditions for Scholarship :

i) Financial assistance will be given to pursue degree and/or post graduate level technical and professional courses from a recognized institution. Maintenance allowance will be credited to the student’s account. The course fee will be paid by the State Department directly to the institute concerned. 

ii) Students who get admission to a college to pursue technical/professional courses, on the basis of a competitive examination will be eligible for the scholarship.

iii) Students who get admission in technical/professional courses without facing any competitive examinationwill also be eligible for scholarship. However, such students should have not less than 50% marks at higher secondary/graduation level. Selection of these students will be done strictly onm merit basis.

iv) Continuation of the scholarship in subsequent years will depend on successful completion of the course during the preceding year. 

v) A scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other scholarship/stipend for pursuing the course.

vi) The annual income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of beneficiary should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh from all sources.

vii) The state department will advertise the scheme every year latest by 31st March and receive the application through the concerned institutions.

viii) After scrutinizing the applications, the state department will prepare a consolidated budget for all eligible students and send an application in the prescribed pro-forma for release of fund from the Ministry of Minority Affairs for distribution of scholarship giving the details of each students viz. name, permanent address, telephone number, annual course fee, name & address of institute, whether hostler or day-scholar, etc.


ix) The application for release of fund from the state department must be received in the Ministry by 30th of September every year.

x) The state department will maintain separate bank account and records relating to the funds received from the Ministry and they will be subjected to inspection by the officers of the Ministry or any other agency designated by the Ministry.

Eligibility criteria :

1. Students, who have got admission in a recognized college to pursue technical/professional courses, on the basis of a competitive examination.

2. Students, who have got admission in a recognized college to pursue technical/professional courses, without facing any competitive examination, will also be eligible for scholarship. However, such students should have not less than 50% marks at higher secondary/graduation level. Selection of these students will be done strictly of merit.

3. A scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other scholarship/stipend for pursuing the course.

4. The annual family income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of the beneficiary should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh per annum from all sources.

5. A student residing in a particular State/UT will be entitled for scholarship under the quota of that State/UT only irrespective of his place of study.
